ThrustMaster's Service Department is committed to 100% customer satisfaction

All ThrustMaster products have a one year warranty on parts and workmanship except for the ACM Game Card which has a lifetime warranty. If a ThrustMaster product should fail within it's warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Before sending in a product for repair you will need to contact the Service Department and be issued a RMA number. All product sent in for repair must be postage paid with the issued RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the box. ThrustMaster will cover the return shipping.

ThrustMaster also offers Tune- Up kits for those of you who feel comfortable doing repairs at home.

We currently do not have tune up kits for the: F-16 FLCS, F-16 TQS, XL Action Controller, or ACM Game Card.
