THRUSTMASTER COMPLETES ITS F-16 LINE UP; RELEASES F-16 THROTTLE QUADRANT SYSTEM

PORTLAND, OR May 31 -- ThrustMaster, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMSR) the leading manufacturer of interactive controls for PC-based entertainment today announced the release of the much-awaited F-16 TQS, Throttle Quadrant System. The F-16 TQS is the accompanying throttle to the company's award-winning F-16 FLCS joystick.

Modeled after the throttle quadrant in the F-16 Fighting Falcon, the F-16 TQS is a multi-function throttle controller featuring a targeting trackball; Dogfight, Rotary, and Antenna switches; and arced throttle movement to register position without taking one's eyes off the computer screen. The F-16 TQS requires the FLCS and is fully programmable for compatibility with all flight simulation software. The F-16 TQS has a suggested retail price of $199.95 and will be sold through leading domestic and international resellers.

"We have added another dimension to computer flight simulations with our F-16 Series of controls," said Steve Aanderud, ThrustMaster's president and chief executive officer. "The F-16 Series demonstrates our commitment to provide computer pilots with the most realistic and technically advanced controls for their favorite computer simulation and game software."
