Call the ThrustMaster Order Department at (503) 615-3200, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm West Coast Time, and ask for Order Entry. Please have your name, shipping address, daytime phone number, and credit card number when you call.

You can also Fax your order to (503) 615-3300. Print out this Order Form before Faxing.
If you do not have a printer and are going to Fax from your PC, save the Order Form page as a text file and then edit it by adding your information before Faxing.
