ThrustMaster now makes this possible with the new Pro Play Golf system - the first PC golf simulator in its class to bring a golf course, driving range, and swing analyzer into your living room. Best of all, you can toss the mouse, throw away that flashlight stick, and use your own golf clubs.

The Pro Play Golf system can transform your home PC into a golf swing analyzer or simulated golf course. Pro Play Golfers use their own clubs to swing over the electronic platform which embodies a series of light sensors. The sensors detect the club speed, height, follow-through path, clubface angle (open or closed; heel or toe), and tempo.

By using ThrustMaster's own Windows-based Swing Analyzer software (included), data from the electronic platform can then be displayed in an easy-to-read graph. The Swing Analyzer software also includes a Golf Pro Advisor option, which provides tips on improving your swing.

In addition to the swing analysis capability, you can play a full course using Access' award-winning Links 386 software (included). You can now drive, chip, and putt your way through 18 holes on Harbour Town Golf Course located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Other popular Links courses by Access are also available and are fully compatible with your Pro Play Golf system (when used with the Pro Play Golf Links 386 software [screen shot])
